How do I use it?

Place the mouth piece of the vape in the large hole of the Pen Pal and then together place the Pen Pal’s small hole into the down stem or bowl of the water pipe you want to use.

Why do I need to use a bong with a vape pen? Aren’t vapes cartridges already filtered?

There’s a big range of quality in cartridge. Just like it’s wise to wash your produce before you eat it, it’s a good idea to filter your smoke through water before you inhale it. When you use a Pen Pal it will cool the smoke and filter it to give you an extra level of protection.

Can I use it like a chillum?

No, the silicone can withstand high heat, but not a direct heat source like a flame or embers.

How do I use the Pen Pal with something I rolled or got pre-rolled?

Since there is no standard size diameter for filters/crutches you will likely need to modify the diameter to fit snug in the Pen Pal’s large opening. If you have an item with a small crutch/filter then you can simply wrap a bit of extra paper around the crutch/filter to the item fit properly. With a bit of practice you can easily modify the diameter of what you roll to fit the Pen Pal.
